Nationwide Parking Lot Striping & Pavement Markings

RSP Painting provides precision parking lot striping and pavement marking services across all 50 states. A freshly striped lot is the most cost-effective way to improve your property’s curb appeal. More importantly, it is a critical safety measure that reduces liability and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.

ADA Compliance Experts

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has strict requirements for accessible parking. If your lot is non-compliant, you risk heavy fines and lawsuits. RSP ensures your property meets all current standards.

  • Handicap Stalls: We measure and stripe standard and “Van Accessible” stalls with precise dimensions.

  • Blue & White: We apply the correct vibrant safety blue and crisp white markings to clearly designate accessible zones.

  • Signage: We can also install or replace the required metal handicap signs and concrete bollards to complete the compliance package.

Organizing Traffic Flow

A poorly marked lot leads to accidents and congestion. We help facility managers optimize their layout for safety and efficiency.

  • Directional Arrows: Clear arrows prevent head-on collisions and guide traffic to exits.

  • Fire Lanes: We paint curbs red or yellow with “NO PARKING – FIRE LANE” stencils to satisfy the Fire Marshal and local codes.

  • Pedestrian Crosswalks: We install high-visibility “zebra” crosswalks to protect shoppers and employees walking from their cars to your front door.

Industrial-Grade Materials

We do not use consumer-grade aerosols. RSP utilizes professional airless line striping machines (like Graco LineLazers) and DOT-approved Traffic Bearable Paints (such as Sherwin-Williams Setfast or Hotline).

  • Crisp Edges: Our equipment ensures razor-sharp lines with no fuzzy overspray.

  • Durability: We use solvent-based or waterborne traffic paints designed to withstand heavy vehicle traffic, snow plows, and UV fading.

Nationwide Service Strategy

Whether you are restriping a massive distribution center in Texas, a retail chain in Florida, or a corporate campus in California, RSP provides a unified solution. We often combine striping with our Sealcoating services to essentially give you a “brand new” parking lot for a fraction of the cost of repaving.

FAQ: Parking Lot Striping

Q: How long does the paint take to dry? A: Modern traffic paints dry very quickly. In warm weather (70°F+), the lines are typically “track-free” and ready for traffic in 15 to 30 minutes.

Q: Can you stripe at night? A: Yes. For retail centers and busy offices, we perform 90% of our striping work at night. We section off the lot, stripe it, and have it open for business the next morning.
