Epoxy Floor Painters

Epoxy Floor Painters | RSP Painting

Tough Floors. Professional Look. 100% Self-Performing.

Is your concrete floor dusty, cracked, or stained? Standard paint won’t work on a floor—it will peel up the first time a car or forklift drives over it. You need Epoxy. At RSP Painting, we specialize in industrial-strength epoxy floor coatings that turn ugly concrete into a rock-hard, shiny surface. We are a 100% self-performing company, which means we use our own trained workers and our own heavy-duty grinders to do the job. We never hire outside subcontractors.

Stop the dust and protect your floor. Call us today at 800-538-6723.

What We Do for Your Floors

We don’t just “paint” the floor; we rebuild the surface so it lasts for years.

  • Garage & Shop Floors: We apply tough coatings that handle hot tires, oil spills, and heavy tools without peeling.

  • Warehouse & Factory Flooring: We use industrial-grade epoxy that stands up to constant forklift traffic and heavy machinery.

  • Anti-Slip Safety Floors: We can add “grit” to the floor so it isn’t slippery, even when it’s wet—keeping your workers and customers safe.

  • Dust-Proofing: Old concrete constantly creates a fine white dust. Our epoxy seals the floor completely, keeping your products and lungs clean.

  • Safety Lines & Markings: We paint bright, permanent lines for walking paths and forklift lanes right into the floor coating.

  • Chemical Resistant Coatings: If you work with acids, fuels, or cleaners, we use special epoxy that won’t melt or stain when things spill.

Why Choose RSP for Your Epoxy Project?

  1. Real Preparation: Most painters just wash the floor. We use diamond grinders to “scuff” the concrete. This is the only way to make sure the epoxy sticks forever.

  2. Our Own Workers: Everyone on your job works for us. They are background-checked and know how to handle high-tech floor chemicals safely.

  3. No Middlemen: We own our equipment and hire our own crews. This saves you money and ensures the job is done right.

  4. Fast Turnaround: We know you need to get back to work. We can often finish a floor over a weekend so you can drive on it by Monday morning.

The Big Epoxy Floor FAQ

Is epoxy the same as floor paint? No. Floor paint is just thin color that sits on top of the concrete. Epoxy is a chemical reaction (two liquids mixed together) that turns into a hard plastic. It actually bonds to the concrete so it won’t “hot-tire pick up” or peel.

How do you make sure the paint doesn’t peel off? Preparation is the most important part. We use a machine with diamonds on the bottom to grind off the top layer of dirt and “open up” the pores of the concrete. This allows the epoxy to soak in and grab hold.

How long does it take to dry? Most floors can be walked on in 24 hours. If you are driving heavy trucks or forklifts on it, we usually recommend waiting 48 to 72 hours to make sure it is fully hardened.

Is an epoxy floor slippery? It can be if it’s smooth and wet. However, we can mix in a special “non-skid” sand or flake. This gives the floor a bit of a grip (like sandpaper) so people don’t slip and fall.

Can you fix cracks in my concrete? Yes. Before we put the epoxy down, we fill in the cracks and holes with a heavy-duty filler. Once the epoxy goes over the top, your floor will look smooth and brand new.

Do you do the “chip” or “flake” floors? Yes! We can spread colorful flakes over the wet epoxy. This looks great in showrooms or high-end garages and helps hide dirt and salt.

How do I clean an epoxy floor? It’s very easy. Because the floor is sealed, dirt just sits on top. You can use a broom, a mop, or even a power washer. You don’t need special chemicals—just mild soap and water.
