Factory-New Finish. Zero Overspray. 100% Self-Performing.
Your machinery is the heartbeat of your business. When it looks old, rusted, or greasy, it’s not just an eyesore—it’s a maintenance nightmare. At RSP Painting, we specialize in making industrial equipment look brand new without moving it an inch. We are a 100% self-performing company, meaning our own trained, background-checked employees handle your high-value assets. We never use subcontractors.

What We Do for Your Machinery
We use high-tech tools to paint your equipment right on the factory floor.
-
Heavy-Duty Degreasing: Paint won’t stick to grease. We use industrial steam cleaners and degreasers to get your machines “squeaky clean” before we start.
-
Electrostatic Painting: This is our “secret weapon.” We use a special sprayer that gives the paint a magnetic charge. The paint wraps around the metal like a magnet, giving you a perfect finish with zero overspray on your floors or other machines.
Precision Masking: We spend hours covering every gauge, button, wire, and data plate with tape and plastic. We make sure only the metal gets painted—not the sensors.
-
OSHA Safety Colors: We can paint your machines in standard safety colors (like Safety Yellow or Orange) so your workers stay safe and your shop stays compliant.
-
Chemical Resistant Paint: We use tough “two-part” paints (Epoxy and Urethane) that won’t melt or peel when they get hit with oil, coolant, or cleaning chemicals.
-
Rust Removal: We use specialized tools to grind away rust and “sandblast” small areas to make sure the metal is healthy before the new paint goes on.
Why Choose RSP for Machinery?
-
Zero Downtime: We know a stopped machine costs you money. We work nights, weekends, and holiday shutdowns so your machines are dry and ready for the morning shift.
-
Electrostatic Experts: Because we use magnetic paint, we don’t have to build huge “tents” around your machines. There is no “paint fog” to worry about.
-
No Teardowns Needed: We paint your equipment exactly where it sits. You don’t have to take it apart or hire a rigger to move it.
-
Professional Crew: Our workers are trained in “Lock-Out/Tag-Out” safety. They know how to work around high-voltage power and sensitive hydraulics.
The Big Machinery Painting FAQ
Do I have to move the machine to a paint booth? No. We bring the paint booth to you. Using our Electrostatic Spraying technology, we can paint a machine in the middle of your shop floor without getting a single drop of paint on the surrounding equipment or inventory.
How do you keep paint out of the moving parts? We spend more time “masking” than we do painting. We use special tapes and plastic to cover every hinge, cylinder rod, and button. When we are done, we do a “joint walk-through” with your team to make sure every moving part is free and clear.
Will the paint stand up to oil and coolant? Yes. We don’t use regular paint. We use industrial-strength Urethanes and Epoxies. These are designed to be “bomb-proof” against hydraulic fluid, cutting oils, and harsh wash-downs.
Does it smell? We use the best materials available, and because we use electrostatic technology, very little paint enters the air. If you are worried about smell, we can work at night so the odor is gone by the time your staff arrives in the morning.
How long does it take to dry? Most of the paints we use are “fast-cure.” A machine is usually dry to the touch in 2 to 4 hours and ready for full production in 12 to 24 hours.
Can you match our original factory color? Yes. We can match the original “Caterpillar Yellow,” “John Deere Green,” or “Machinery Gray.” We can also use a bright white or light gray to help your team spot oil leaks faster.
Do you paint the safety guards too? Yes. We can paint guards in high-visibility orange or yellow so they stand out. This is a great way to improve your facility’s safety and pass inspections.
How do I get an estimate? It’s easy. Just call 800-538-6723. We can often give you a price by looking at photos of your machines or by doing a quick site visit.
