Equipment & Machinery Painting
Nationwide Industrial Equipment & Machinery Painting
Your machinery is the heart of your production. Rusted, peeling equipment not only looks bad to auditors and clients, but it can also hide structural cracks and lead to contamination. RSP Painting provides on-site industrial equipment painting to restore your assets to “like-new” condition.
Restore, Don’t Replace
We paint everything from stationary factory lines to heavy yellow iron.
-
Heavy Construction Equipment: Excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and backhoes. We restore the OEM colors (CAT Yellow, John Deere Green) and apply durable urethane clear coats.
-
Manufacturing Lines: Conveyor systems, stamping presses, and robotic arms. We degrease and coat these in place without requiring disassembly.
-
Tanks & Silos: Exterior storage tanks and mixing vessels.
The Process: Degrease & Coat
Painting machinery is 90% preparation.
-
Degreasing: We use industrial solvents and steam cleaning to remove years of built-up hydraulic fluid, grease, and oil.
-
Masking: We meticulously mask hoses, gauges, hydraulic pistons, and serial plates to ensure the paint only goes where it should.
-
Epoxy/Urethane Systems: We use 2-part industrial coatings that are resistant to impact, chemicals, and high heat.
Nationwide Service Strategy
We travel to your job site or facility. Whether your fleet is in a yard in Pennsylvania or your factory is in Michigan, RSP brings the spray booth to you. We can work weekends to ensure your production line doesn’t stop.
FAQ: Equipment Painting
Q: Do you sandblast the equipment? A: In some cases, yes. However, for sensitive machinery with electronics or hydraulics, we prefer hand-tool cleaning and solvent wiping to avoid grit intrusion. Q: Can you match the original manufacturer color? A: Yes. We have access to the OEM color codes for Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Case, and most major industrial brands.
