.When the time comes to start the freezer painting we will arrive onsite with our crews of trained employees. It is top priority to not have the freezer down for any extra time what so ever. We will heat the freezer with 650,000 BTU heaters to bring the wall panels to above 50 degrees. While the area is being heated a crew will begin covering everything not being painted to protect from paint, and overspray of any kind. We will then proceed to prep the walls as necessary to ensure a clean, sound, and paintable surface. When walls are completely prepped we will then begin applying the coatings based on the agreed spec. this will continue non stop until entire area is painted. Crews will work in shifts, then switch with a fresh crew every 8 – 10 hours.

We only hire crew supervisors with a minimum of ten years experience in Commercial Painting and our painters need to have a minimum of five years experience.
