Q: Will my tenants have their views blocked? A: Only temporarily. Swing stages move vertically. Once a “drop” (a vertical section of the building) is completed, the stage moves to the next section. Q: Do you need access to the roof? A: Yes. Swing stages are suspended from roof rigs (davits or outrigger beams). We will need access to the roof to set up and secure these counterweighted systems. Q: Can you paint balconies without entering the units? A: In most cases, yes. We access balconies from the swing stage exterior. However, we ask residents to remove patio furniture and clear the balcony floor before we arrive.
