Santander Bank complete exterior re-paint
On this project we pressure washed the complete exterior of bank to remove dirt and oxidation from all aluminum surfaces.
We Sanded rough areas to make smooth for a much better finish.
Masked all brick and windows not getting painted to protect from any paint overspray.
We applied by spray, brush, and roll. Sherwin Williams Loxon XP to all poured concrete walls and soffits.
Then we Applied by spray 2 coats of DTM (direct to metal) bronze paint to metal sign band, and trim.
All parking bollards were Sanded and 2 coats of (safety yellow) oil based Rust Oleum paint was applied by brush to all bollards.
Applied by spray, brush, and roll. Loxon XP to all poured concrete soffits.
