All the metal roofs were prepped and painted with Sherwin Williams DTM. The red accent trim was painted with Sher-Cryl this is a latex based material that holds up against fading. When using bright vivid colors fading is the biggest concern but with Sher-Cryl you can prolong the life of your paint project. The tint system was also an enviro tint system. This further helps against fading issues. One other thing we completed on this project was sanding and refinishing the parking lot light poles. These poles were hand sanded. All rust and bare areas were primed with CoroPoxy (this is a 2 part epoxy that we use a lot to prime and encapsulate rust on metal surfaces.) Then all the poles were painted with satin bronze tone DTM paint from Sherwin Williams.
