Above is a storage facility floor painting project that Retail Store Painting LLC. completed for American Self Storage. These floors take a great amount of abuse from storage unit tenants. There is furniture, boxes, crates, and metal carts constantly being moved across these floors. We used a grinder to remove the existing coats of paint from the floors completely. Then when the floor was thoroughly cleaned we applied a coat of Armor Seal 1000 high solids epoxy. This coating is very good for high traffic floors that take high abuse.
